That is why we created a durable, flexible, fabric bag with free floating frozen modules. Like a bean bag, the Paradice™ Ice Pack conforms under it’s own weight reaching those hard to heal places like ankles, knees, and eye sockets and bringing maximum cooling and speeding relief.
Keep cool
Most ice packs stay cold for a short amount of time, not always long enough to provide the true amount of cooling you need. After 2-3 hours in the freezer, Paradice™ ice packs keep their cool for about an hour.

How to use your Paradice Pack
- PLACE you Paradice™ Ice Pack in freezer for a minimum of two hours before use.
- APPLY directly to injury to speed relief and promote healing.
- ALLOW Paradice™ to conform to body for 25-35 minutes.
- AFTER TREATMENT remove and place back in the freezer for future use.
General Care of your Paradice Pack
Wash with warm water and soap, air dry only.
