For years I have recommended the use of ice packs to my patients who have suffered minor an major injuries: backs, necks, knees, shoulders….Although my patients understood the need for icing to decrease inflammation, many did not comply with my requests and recommendations. The two main reasons for non-compliance used to be that the ice packs were just too cold to be tolerated and that the ice packs were too stiff to apply comfortable….they kept slipping off.

Diana—don’t know if the other email went through properly. Wanted you to know that my Orthopedist “stole” the larger pack you gave me–he was pretty intrigued, and thought it looked great. And my PT has the card from the ankle one you gave me, and will no doubt also be ordering some, and referring patients to them.
As for me–it really helps the ankle, so much better than the older stuff–WHAT an INVENTION !!!!! Also-I cracked my elbow against something the other day—and it is really helping to heal the pain there too.
